Return conditions:
1. If you want to return or exchange the purchased product, you can do so within 14 days from the day of receiving the product.
2. The money is returned to the account specified by the buyer within 7 days of receiving the refund.
3. If the goods were paid for by bank transfer or at the time of picking up the package, the money is returned to the account specified in the return document.
4. When the buyer returns the goods, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions: the returned goods must be in the original, neat packaging; the product must be undamaged; the item must be unused, without losing its merchandise appearance (label intact, protective film not torn off, etc.) (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective item); the returned item must be in the same configuration as the Buyer received it.
5. The returned item cannot be worn, must be undamaged and not lose its merchandise appearance.
6. ATTENTION: Women's/Men's underwear, undershirts, swimwear, swimwear, tights, socks, stockings, nightgowns, pyjamas, bras, waists, corsets, underwear and similar items are not eligible for return or exchange due to health or hygiene reasons according to article 6.22810.
7. Each product is covered by a supplier's warranty against manufacturing defects and other defects not related to normal product use and environmental exposure.
8. You can return the product and exchange it for another size or model.
9. Returned goods must be placed in additional protective (for transportation) packaging (eg: box or protective envelope).
10. All goods are returned free of charge.
Terms and conditions of refund (product exchange):
In case of product replacement, the replaced product is delivered to you free of charge;
In case of product return, transportation costs are not refunded - exception applies when using the Flipo.lt return platform.;
In the case of a product return, the money is returned to the account indicated by the buyer within 7 days from the day of receipt of the returned product;
If the item is returned due to defects, the item will be exchanged for a quality item or refunded, including shipping costs.
