Parcel self-service terminals are open 24/7. You can pick up the parcel by entering the door code, which will be sent to you via SMS or e-mail. by post After entering the pick-up code on the screen of the parcel terminal, the door will open automatically, and you will be able to pick up your parcel. IMPORTANT!! If you do not pick up the package within seven days, it will be returned to the sender.
The recipient is notified of the parcel arriving at the parcel terminal by mobile phone and/or e-mail. by post as soon as the parcel is placed in the parcel terminal. Therefore, if you specify the wrong phone number, the parcel will be returned to us, and in order to receive it again, you will have to pay not only the costs of re-delivery, but also the fee set by Omniva for returning the parcel to the sender. If you do not want to receive the package again, the fee for returning the package to the sender (2,49 EUR with VAT) will be deducted from the returned amount.
